to K & K Recording Studio
K&K Recording Studio is a private, all digital recording studio secluded in the beautiful and scenic mountains of Weaverville, NC.
We have spared no expense to make our studio one of comfort and space. We have three isolation booths, a large and comfortable "live" room, a spacious control room, and an open lounge area. So come, relax and enjoy our facilities!
Our first recording took place in November of 2003. We were so excited and still are!
We owe a great deal of the studio's success to our parents, and their love and ambition. They wanted to see us successful and happy. We are also grateful for our family and their understanding during the construction process. It wasn't always easy. We love you all. Most of all we are so grateful for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Through Him all things are possible, and because of His guidance our dream came to fruition.
The idea for the studio came from our love of audio, music, and our family. In the summer of 2001, our father asked us if we thought we would be happy recording music and commercials, and of course we said "Why, yes!"
We began construction on the site in 2002 and are proud to say that we constructed almost the entire studio as a family. With the exception of the building's shell, carpet and sheetrock, everything else was constructed and crafted by our own hands. It took approximately one year to complete the construction, but after that is when the fun began!
Want your studio album to sound full, composed, and clean? Need a piano or subtle rhythm guitar through a pass? K&K's answer to that question is Jeff Ford. Jeff is a veteran of the industry with over thirty years of experience in music composition and production. The best part? Jeff can be as much involved as you want. We also have a full line up of other studio musicians available for you and your next project.
You want to get the best in quality and clarity for your project? That's what we do, plain and simple. We will see your project through to the end, making sure that it meets our high standard for quality. At K&K we provide quality and clarity for a variety of professional audio recording scenarios.
What do we do when we finish the project? Duplicate it! K&K is a full duplication facility! Need disc graphics, inserts, and jewel cases? We do that. Want them wrapped and ready to sell? We do that too. The only question is, how many would you like?
